APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS 

A non-refundable deposit will be required for all appointments. The deposit will go towards your appointment cost. 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY  

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Any clients who cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged the full appointment cost. “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full appointment cost.

EYELASH REFILLS 

You must have at least 50% of lashes remaining to be considered a refill. Anything less than 50% will be considered a full set and you will be charged full set pricing. Please always book for the appropriate appointment type. If you need a full set and you are only booked for a refill, we may need to reschedule and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

Refills are only valid within 3 weeks of your last appointment, anything longer will be considered a full set and you will be charged full set pricing.

Refills on another technicians work are a case by case basis depending on quality. Please send me a photo before booking. If I am able to fill the lashes, a $30 foreign fee will be applied to the service. If the lashes are not good quality, please book for a removal and a full set.

Mini refills are not available on another technicians work.

NO GUESTS

Please do not bring any guests to your appointment. This will cause distractions. Please be respectful of this policy as no exceptions will be made.

LATE POLICY

If you are late to your appointment or come in wearing makeup and need to remove it, that time will come out of your appointment time. Please come to your appointment prepared and on time to ensure maximum lashing time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will likely need to reschedule. This will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 

EYELASH CLEANSING POLICY

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you need to wash your face, please do so before your appointment. If you show up with dirty lashes a $15 cleaning fee will be charged to clean your lashes. The time it takes to clean, will be deducted from your appointment time. I will not apply lash extensions to dirty lashes.

EYELASH TRAINING POLICY

A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot and cover your kit cost. The Remaining balance is due at the beginning of the day on the first day of class. Deposits are non-refundable NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please make sure that the dates that you book fit your schedule as it is not possible to change training dates once booked.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and E-Transfer. If you are paying by E-Transfer, the payment must be sent prior to leaving your appointment.
